The civil law has seen much change and reform, particularly over the last 10 years. Outsourcing of key elements of the claims process, both pre and post issue has become necessary and standard, with almost all large practices across the UK.

We recognise the need to continually move forwards in terms of suppliers and service levels. We have vast experience of the requirements, both from the point of view of the fee-earners handling individual cases, and from those that manage their performance, and who are responsible for setting budgets.

We are pleased to be able to offer a bespoke service on all types of personal injury law, especially road traffic accident and public and employer liability work. We have a particular specialty in the areas of low velocity impact, fraud, credit hire litigation, and where there are issues of complexity, for whatever reason.

We firmly believe that ever reducing profit margins should not act as a deterrent to outsourcing within the litigation process. We can also offer a cost-effective service, moving forwards, under the MOJ’s reforms, regardless of the stage the claim is at. Fee-earners will ultimately see a reduction in the lifecycle of their caseloads by effective outsourcing and, ultimately, an increase in their profitability.
