service levels

We very firmly believe in developing solid business relationships with our suppliers, and pride ourselves on the trust that develops from a consistent approach to our work.

Our policy is to never sacrifice quality over cost or turnaround times, under any circumstances. In saying this, we have a minimum service level that we should achieve on each and every case that we handle on your behalf.

We are however more than happy to meet whatever levels of service you require, if you feel that this will be to the benefit of your lay clients. We understand that there may be obligations placed upon you by your own introducers, and again, we are happy to meet such requirements that you may have in that respect.

Urgent and/or last minute instructions are welcomed and we will gladly accept such instructions by whatever format you choose to use. We can collect documents from your offices if this would assist.

We will also be happy to discuss any reporting or MI requirements that you have, and will endeavour to provide you with the optimum level of feedback, from receipt of instructions, to completion of task.
