There is an ever increasing need to retain clients, and we appreciate that some introducers will specify that retainers are manually collected from clients rather than trust the post. At present we are able to offer such services within the North West area and in relation to CFA’s we have vast experience in their workings, and potential problems that may arise if not properly executed.

We aim to guarantee retention on any matter that you instruct us on, and with the minimum of fuss to all concerned. We are also able to offer a comprehensive document completion and collection service on any type of case involving Civil proceedings, whether it be a basic questionnaire or a complex set of part 18 questions.

Appointments will be made as soon as your instructions are received and, subject to client availability, we aim to have the client retained and/or other documents completed within 48 hours.
