case re-activation and client care issues

This is a service that we again believe we are able to provide, primarily because of our extensive experience, both in keeping clients on board, and in handling difficult and/or problematic clients, over many years in practice.

This is a new service to the business and our aim is to help you reduce write-offs, and non-refundable referral fees in respect of those cases that potentially fall into that category. Our experience tells us that these cases usually involve one or more of the following scenarios:
  • Client has simply lost interest and is not communicating with you.
  • It may be a credit hire only case and the client has never been interested or co-operative.
  • It is a difficult and/or high maintenance client, and instructions are required to progress the claim on whatever basis.
  • The relationship is generally breaking down.
We appreciate that in most of these situations, attempts will already have been made to resolve the issue via your internal client care and/or complaints procedure. This does not always work in our experience. At a time when most clients communications are via ‘phone, e-mail or SMS, personal visits are becoming a rarity.

We understand that a lot of practices will not wish to channel precious resources to clients that, on the face of it, are no-hopers.

We would be happy to take that responsibility on, as your agents. The benefits of this to you and also to the lay client, are that whilst acting as your agents, we can still present to the client as independent. In our experience, this can very often help to eliminate conflict and to cut to the matters in hand.
